Caption: [Fish and Wildlife agents take a smoke break by a pile of dead ducks.]

Description: Three men are standing next to an airplane or a helicoptor with the seal of the federal Fish and Wildlife Service painted on it. Two of the men wear sunglasses, the third is smoking a cigarette.  In front of the men is a large pile of dead ducks, and next to it are six or seven shotguns laid out in a row.
