Caption: "Uyatina Agviqsina finds other interests than the lawyers discussing alternatives to ANCSA 1991 provisions at hearings of the Alaska Native Review Commission last week in Anchorage.  Decisions made by lawyers and others could greatly impact the young Inupiat-Athabascan’s life.  Uyatona Agviqsina is the son of Ernie Frankson and Evelyn Hash Pete.  A report on some of the alternatives discussed at the meeting will be included in the next issue of Tundra Times.  Pictured at left are attorney Elizabeth Johnson and Dan Fessler.  ANRC commissioner Thomas Berger looks on.
